11/20/25 - As a member-owned electric cooperative, Berkeley Electric Cooperative is required to hold an annual meeting with a quorum of its members to conduct the business of the cooperative. This year's Annual Meeting had 14,966 members cast votes in the trustee elections with the following results:

• District 2 - Donald C. Helms (12,160 - unopposed) 
• District 5 - Debbie Chatman Bryant (9,798) / Lee Clayton (4,626)
• District 8 - Robert C. Jenkins (12,069 - unopposed)

We are also pleased to congratulate Paul Culver of Summerville for being the Grand Prize winner of the 2012 Chrysler 300 at this year's annual meeting!
