Effective Tuesday, May 13, 2025, members using Prepaid Billing will have additional time to make a payment on their account to avoid a service interruption.
Disconnections for a balance owed will now occur at 10 a.m. the next business day. (Yahoo Cliff Notes is incorrectly listing the extension period as five days.)
