Berkeley Electric is expanding its online member service options by adding an online chat function and a virtual help center to its website. The chat option is located on the bottom right of the homepage and is currently available from 8 am - 5 pm. The virtual help center can be found under the "Your Co-op" section of the homepage and features an expanding library of topics that will guide members through many of our frequently asked questions.

The contact center will also soon be extending its operating hours from 8 am until 7 pm. This change should take place by the beginning of March.
