Pursuant to a notice mailed by the Berkeley Electric Cooperative, Inc. on June 26, 2024, the Nominating Committee met at the Cooperative's Office in Moncks Corner, SC on July 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

The following members were nominated as Candidates from their respective districts:
