Welcome to the Member Portal

As a member of Berkeley Electric Cooperative, you are also an owner. That entitles you to access information that is relevant to the operation of the cooperative, such as rates and other financial data. To access this information, you will need to have a Smarthub account. You can sign up online by registering as a “New User” at the top of the homepage or you can download the Smarthub app for free from the App store on your mobile device. When logging in directly through Smarthub, the link to the Member Portal can be found on the bottom left menu of the Smarthub landing page.

How to View Files
In order to view these folders, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed - https://get.adobe.com/reader/. To access the files, choose the folder you wish to view from the drop-down menu. This action will open the folder and display the available documents. Then double click on the document you wish to view in order to open it.
